University of Kentucky 2018 – 2019
My first employment opportunity was working as a photographer’s assistant at the University of Kentucky’s college of Arts and Sciences. While at UK I learned the basics of photography, framing, editing, and graphic design. After my first 6 months I was promoted to take on my own projects. I was responsible for capturing student events around campus, editing the photos, and delivering them to the social media coordinator for the college.

Holifield Photography 2019 – 2020
I was then offered a position at Holifield Photography to be an assistant for the studio. While I was there, I learned about not only photography, but the photography business. I learned how to bring the personable element into this career. Working in a portrait studio was a very different experience for me at this point in time. From it, I learned the fundamentals to mastering portrait photography, and it has helped me in my career to this day.

Bluegrass Community and Technical College 2020 – 2022
After losing my job at the photo studio to Covid, I enrolled to finish my studies at BCTC. I started at BCTC as a dual credit student still in high school. I was able to leverage that time to get two associates is applied sciences in the two years I was there. I have one in graphic design and marketing, and one in 3D animation and 3D modeling.
Total Business Management 2020 – 2024
While working on my degrees, I started work initial as a graphic designer for the TBM family of brands. This included Greenbox Heating and Air, Turbo Plumbing Pros, Climate Control Heating and Air, and Digital Blue Beagle. My first two years I was a graphic designer focusing on creating digital and print media for those perspective brands. After year two, I then picked up a camera and added photo and video services to my job description. I was responsible for taking on-site photos and videos to use for advertising. I then was tasked for creating all of the advertising for these brands. This included: television advertisements, radio spots, social media content, social media ad campaigns, print media, email templates, websites, landing pages, lead campaigns, and so much more.

Blue Hill Station 2023 – 2024
While working with TBM, I spun up my own LLC focused on recording musicians in and around Lexington. I recorded music projects and voice overs for individuals and companies. I also picked up a few odd jobs here and there. This is where I created most of my real-estate portfolio, as well as picking up a few cool projects working for the PGA, and even Marvel! I also spent time apprenticing to learn about live audio and visual production. I learned about how to rig light and sound stages, control live audio and lighting systems, and even run ATEM camera systems for Churches and corporate events.
